Project Description:
Working to a design by Beverly Bryon, Prisms Glass Design, London.
This complex design was split into three layers and sandblasted onto toughened float glass. Two sides of panel 1 and one side of panel 2.
Panel 1 was laminated to another pane of toughened float and then constructed into double glazed units with panel 2.
Layering the design gives it a three dimensional, multi-tonal finish.
Each panel weighs in excess of 400kg and was mechanically lifted into position.
